Shereen Daniels
  • Founder + Managing Director

    Currently a Doctoral candidate focused anti-racism and racial equity through the lens of corporate sustainability, Shereen is an influential advisor, helping executive leadership teams of global brands and non-profits, covert their commitments into actions that make a genuine difference for employees, consumers and community members who are most impacted by racism, bias and discrimination.


    As the bestselling author of The Anti-Racist Organization: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace (Wiley, 2022), her direct yet compassionate approach has seen her thrice recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice (with nearly 100,000 followers) and former winner of HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinker.


    Shereen is also Chair of her charitable foundation The African Diaspora Economic Inclusion Foundation and Senior Advisor to PR and reputation management firm Lansons.

Damie Oladebo
  • Principal Consultant

    Damie has specialist experience in healthcare policy, with a particularly focus on racial disparities. Her experience includes working as a policy analyst with the Association of Ontario Midwives in Toronto and policy coordinator for the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK.


    Damie has also spent the last three years as an advisory panel member to the National Institute for Health Research’s Centre for Engagement and Dissemination and has also delivered lectures about Racism in Medicine.

    Damie has a Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from University of Southampton and has a Masters in Health, Law & Society from University of Bristol.

  • Project Co-Ordinator

    Jalleney holds a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from London South Bank University. With a keen interest in project management, Jalleney is continuing her studies to become a qualified Project Manager. Alongside her career, Jalleney plays the Carnatic Violin (South-Indian classical music) and has performed in several countries such as Canada, India, and Sri Lanka. She is currently helping to teach this art to the next generation. She is fluent in Tamil.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

    Air Force Lt. Col (ret) Margie Crowe is a leadership & DEI consultant, published writer, higher education director, and professor with broad experience in government and civilian programs, strategic planning, as well as research studies in leadership practices affecting policies and programmes in social justice, anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She currently consults for the military, law enforcement, and private sector. 

    Margie holds a BA in political science, MS in International Relations/Nation Security, MS in Special Education, a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in educational leadership, and a training certification in Racial Equity Literacy facilitation.

  • Impact Investment + Human Rights

    Chih Hoong also has a reputation for innovative financing to support better outcomes. He is a recognised expert in the design and implementation of Social Impact Bonds and wider forms of social investment in the UK and internationally.  

    He provides independent expert advice to several the UK Government’s Social Impact Bond Funds and since 2014 has provided support to Japan, playing an instrumental role contributing to the emergence of SIBs in Japan, Europe and Asia.

    Accumulating 33 years’ experience within human resources, people and change management, Janet Houlis has extensive international knowledge in effecting transformational change to organisational goals, processes and culture thereby assisting people across business hierarchies to adapt to different ways of working. 

    A champion of equity, diversity and inclusion throughout her career, Janet has significant expertise in the application of the Equality Act (2010), proficiently implementing equitable opportunities in order to create inclusive workplaces.

Althea Thomas
  • Racial Equity Coach

    A trained mediator with an MSc in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Althea specialises in mediating employment disputes, organisational conflict management, and business conciliation, focusing specifically on anti-Black racism and workplace equity. She has over 37 years’ experience working as a nurse and a social worker both within the public sector and charitable organisations. Althea also holds an MA in Social Work and Educational Research.

  • Sustainability

    Narain is currently completing a BCL/JD law degree at McGill University, with a focus on corporate accountability, data regulation, and human rights. Before law, he worked in sustainable finance for the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), developing ESG trainings for financial institutions and engaging investors to address the SDGs. Narain’s previous roles have included working as a facilitator for climate engagement, social researcher with the public and third sectors, and as a digital policy analyst.


    He obtained an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a Masters in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan.

  • Anti-Racism Group Facilitation

    Julian brings an understanding of public policy and organisational change after roles in the UK senior civil service (Home Office and Cabinet Office) and fifteen years supporting public sector reform in post-conflict and fragile states (Afghanistan, Bosnia, Libya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Syria, Tunisia). Julian is trained in Gestalt OD and group process and uses her experiences to help leaders increase their awareness of the impact whiteness in/on themselves and in the world. 

    She also holds a first class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, completed the NTL/Global OD certificate in 2012 and the i-GOLD global OD and leadership programme in 2018.

  • Racial Equity & Communications

    Thamara Jean is currently completing a D.Phil. in Politics at the University of Oxford. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Media Analysis and Criticism from Hunter College and a Master’s in Political Theory from the University of Oxford. Her work focuses on Black feminist communities and their impact on movements against racial oppression. Her desire to dismantle social inequity across sectors has led her to work with non-profit organizations advocating for social justice issues ranging from voter engagement to education inequity. In each setting, her work aims to effectively communicate the needs and success stories of marginalized communities.
